What to do if opposite party fails to comply with district forum order

If opposite party fail to comply dist forum order what to do, i also filed execution under section 27 but president is not issuing arrest warrant against said builder,matter is appealed in state forum state keep operative of dist forum order in spite that dist forum not issuing arrest warrant,please suggest what to do. Regards.
District forum have power to issue a recovery warrant,if prisedent is not issueing warrant,put the matter in the knowledge of to other member of forum also personally..If any of two member of forum sign in the order,the order shall be executed.

Has the other party appealed to the State Forum? May be because of that the district court did not pass arrest warrant under section 27. You may also avail civil remedy under section 25. If the district forum is not passing execution order, you can appeal to the State forum.

If opposite party fail to comply dist forum order and you had also filed execution under section 27 which is pending. If appellate court did not stay the operation of the order than District Forum, shoud issue recovery certificate if president failed to do so than you can file revision.
