What can i do if Developer is delaying possession

House bought in loan fm developer 2yrs of possession still the work is incomplete. No response to phone calls.
Have yu taken possession? If so what are the defects in construction? Just put a mail to the builder if there is no reply then you can file a complaint before the appropriate consumer forum or with the association wherein the builder is associated.
