Wedding photographer took payment but did not deliver pictures

My wedding photographer didn't issued my wedding video after full payment, he didn't given any bill ,when I am asking he is not responding properly, he is using bad words also. When iam asking my videos, how to take a action on him. Almost 6 months backs my marriage done. Till now he is not giving,now he is even not lifting my call or not responding msgs. Please give me a suggestion how to proceed on his services

It is difficult to take action against the erring photographer as you did not collect bill for the full payment made to him. You do not have any evidence of the payment made to him. However, make repeated phone calls to him from other numbers and see if he receives your calls. If he receives your calls, arrange for recording his version. This may help you in case you approach court against him.

I suggest you firstly approach the photographer and negotiate with him. if at all he does not respond you can give notice on one hand and on the other hand you can place the matter before the concerned police station. After issuance of notice if he does not respond you can file a consumer complaint before the concerned forum for necessary action.
