Water park resort negligence i got injured and went for surgery

I have visited a water park on 23rd may 2022 and went on a slide in a Air tube but in between due t which the air in the tube was less so the tube got rotated badly turned and i falled from the Tube and got badly injured and got unconscious same day and rushed to hospital so that day the resort owners were afraid and payed bill of that day for the stitches and my small discharge which was around 3-4k. After Xray i got to know that my jaw got fractured and same day we reported to police they took my statement in hospital and forwarded it to concerned police station for further actionAfter that i had undergone a jaw surgery which all around costed a major amount of surgery and dischargenSo as it was the resorts mistake and their negligence of not maintaining their rides properly and there was not even the Pool guard presentCan you please guide can i claim my medical bills from them ?
Yes. You can definitely claim compensation for the physical pain and hurt caused to you. You can claim compensation for medical expenses and loss of work hours and incidental charges accrued. The Consumer court will entertain your claim.
