Want to put consumer case for product on no guarantee category

01-Nov-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I bought a branded garment from a shop in sales at 30% discount which detoriated after one week of purchasing. I approached to the shopkeeper but he says there is no guarantee of the product. It is also clearly mentioned on the bill " no guarantee of any product". Can I still go the consumer forum for any relief.

dear questioner, yes you may knock the door of consumer forum. however, it is a matter of arguments to establish the fault of dealer or the shop keeper. chance is very much there to file a consumer complaint and get it registered. however there are
judgmental laws on the clause of 'no guarantee'. which i'll find and tell you later.as far as filing is concerned, there is no bar in this regard.
