Want to file case against Amazon for non performance of product

Iam purchased redmi 4 mobile in amazon.they published two days battery back up but iam geting only one day battery.how can I file case on Amazon

First keep your purchased bill. is there any written statement by amazon that the battery will lasting for 2 days. What is you moble usage hours. Go to service center of redmi and get it rectified. If not rectified then ask them so in writing. Then approach a lawyer to file case in consumer court.
