11-Mar-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)

Dear Sir, I have been a customer for mobile service provider Vodafone for the last more than ten years and for the first time, they sent two bills for Nov & Dec '15 for amounts ten times the monthly average of 10 years. They are showing a few ISD calls which I never made. They have issued a legal notice Thru' E-mail and filed a civil suit. What legal remedy/recourse I Have? The amount involved is within Rs.5000/-. Please help.

Issue legal notice to vodafone to rectify the bill within a specified days. If they positively responds you then your problem is solved, if not file a consumer case for playing unfair trade practice.
The charging excess amounts to unfair trade practice.
