i have debt in terms of house loan,credit card ,personal loan. Now i am unable to pay Please suggest how should i proceed
Hi first of all ask the court for more time and all tell them the entire suitation and all what is the court saying and all tell the bank people or so about theme and all what are they saying and all what is the amount and all and Everything or pay EMI every month

In this regard, I need to see your agreements with the respective creditors from whom you have raised such loans and then need to defend the action of the respective financial institution, as they can take action under SARFAESI and RDDB Act. I do not know what stage you matter is at? whether Banks or FIs have institutes any action under Section 13 (2) or 13 (4) of the SARFAESI Act. Please seek legal assistance at the earliest, as you will be in soup and can loose your capital to Banks and FIs because of their undue charges and penalty.
