Trapped by tours & travel company

I have been trapped by company membership of tours & travel company offering fake promises & commitments. They call couples to their offices to collect free gifts. Intention is to advertise & make them attend seminar. Then they tell lot of things like how big brand is their company & show their lucrative plans with EMI plans. Somehow they swiped my credit for full amount in the name EMI. Then they signed an agreement from me which stated membership can not be cancelled & amount can not be refunded. Later I found that all of their promises are fake & they do not provide any services. Now I want take money back. How can I take legal action against them?
