we are creating a jewelleryecommerce website , as ours is a small company we cannot create our own designs. so we intend to download jewelry images from other's website . do editting ie removing their trademark from jewelry. to be safe we should use images of indian or foreign websites. please advise

Q: Trapped by tours & travel company
I have been trapped by company membership of tours & travel company offering fake promises & commitments. They call couples to their offices to collect free gifts. Intention is to advertise & make them attend seminar. Then they tell lot of things like how big brand is their company & show their lucrative plans with EMI plans. Somehow they swiped my credit for full amount in the name EMI. Then they signed an agreement from me which stated membership can not be cancelled & amount can not be refunded. Later I found that all of their promises are fake & they do not provide any services. Now I want take money back. How can I take legal action against them?

There are so many PDF ebooks on pdfdrive.com and anybooks which is an Indian app. Are these PDF books legal? I want also want to make a website similar to theirs.Is it infringement or illegal? Q: need to understand the legalities of a business model for perfumes
wish to understand if it is legally ok to decant a perfume from the original bottle into a smaller bottle and then retail the smaller bottle in the market. there will be no mention of the original brand trademarks on the bottle or packaging and similarly it will be clearly mentioned in the website that the perfume is not to be mistaken as mine but belongs to the original designer/manufacturer.multiple firms in the US are following this model and clearly mentioning on their website that they are not associated with the original brands. one firm in india is also following this model
