Q: What is the procedure to obtain a Title Clearance Certificate? Specifically, how to get a title clea
Mr. A purchased a flat with a registered deed from the builder on 18/06/2004 and obtained a home loan from a nationalized bank in July 2004. After failing to repay the loan, the bank took possession of the flat and auctioned it under the SERFASEI Act 2002. Mr. B bought the flat from the bank on 20/02/2007 and later sold it to Mr. C on 16/10/2012. When Mr. C decided to sell the flat, the search report revealed two additional registered transactions for the same flat: 1. A sale agreement between the builder and Mr. A dated 10/11/2004, and two sale deeds executed by the builder in favor of Mr. A on different dates (18/06/2004 and 10/11/2005). 2. Mr. A also sold the flat to Mr. D on 14/07/2005 after the bank's possession and auction. I would like to know who is the actual owner of the flat and from whom I should approach to obtain a clear title. What legal steps can be taken to get a Title Clearance Certificate, and is it possible to obtain this certificate online?

Q: Court case pending can i get a pcc for passport ?
I am from Mumbai, but living in Qatar. Last year my husband went India to settle the property disputes with his cousins in Nagpur. During the final settlement discussion, some heated argument arises and it ended with mild violence. Next day police arrested my husband Magistrate denied bail and send him to jail. But next day he got the bail. He is an accused in a criminal case. Trial started and charges are framed. I am sure this trial will take at least 3-4 years. I am still in Qatar working and living with our children's. Now my husband's residency visa got expired and now he has to apply fresh for his residency visa. For residency visa he needs a Police Clearance Certificate which is issued from Passort Seva Kendra. 1. can i get pcc if i have pending case a criminal case and trial is going on? 2. Can he travel abroad during this trial period on visitor visa? 3. Can he apply for renewal of his passport if it is going to expire soon?

What will happen if I am rejecting the legal notice sent by lawyer for two times? For how many times the legal notice is resent to us? what happens when someone refuse to receive lawyer notice ? What shall I do if I want to reply to the legal notice not received by me?

Q: Trapped by tours & travel company
I have been trapped by company membership of tours & travel company offering fake promises & commitments. They call couples to their offices to collect free gifts. Intention is to advertise & make them attend seminar. Then they tell lot of things like how big brand is their company & show their lucrative plans with EMI plans. Somehow they swiped my credit for full amount in the name EMI. Then they signed an agreement from me which stated membership can not be cancelled & amount can not be refunded. Later I found that all of their promises are fake & they do not provide any services. Now I want take money back. How can I take legal action against them?
