Too Yumm company is not return the expired products

We purchased the good from the company (Too Yumm). The products get expired after some time. After that we tried many times to connect the company regarding the issue but no one help us.
if you have purchased some goods it comes under consumer protection act. if the products got expired it may amount to deficiency in service send the company the notice and then let them respond then you may move under consumer court
