Speed post delayed compensation

01-Feb-2024 (In Consumer Court Law)
I posted an article via speed post on 10th January. It reached on 1st February. During this time I filed a complaint on the NCH, mailed various people like superintendent, post master general across Maharashtra but got no reply. I want to seek compensation. What can I do? I have all the mails receipts screenshots etc.

Well, you can file a case before the District Consumer Forum, if the monetary compensation you would like to seek is less than 10 lakhs. Whether you are eligible to get such compensation or not? That also, i need to legally assess.
