Sold refurbished laptop in which problem occurred, now not replacing

I took laptop from lappie world in grant Road on 19 November 2016 and it was sealed they shown me till now it was working good but from now I m getting display problem bcz itis in guarantee period so I called hp service center they took laptop serial number and then they told me it's refurbished laptop it was purchased in US and your location is Mumbai in India they have given u used laptop whose guarantee period expired now so please contact to that shop from where u purchased. Plzz tell me any solution what action should I take if they won't solve this display problem in laptop.

Please contact the Lappie world immediately and explain them the situation. It's better to take their reply in writing. If they refrain from helping you under guarantee period then a case can be filed with consumer Commission.

Reply by hp centre is correct. You have to contact with the shwroom where frm you have purchased it for to solve the issue.If showroom denies to solve your issue you can approach to DCDRF of your area.
