Society maintaince charges wrong levy, Did not recover for 15 years

Whether we have to pay maintaince + Interest after 15 years,Any case laws please advice, No recovery dues filed with registrar or civil. Any limitation clause.
3 years is the limitation time for filing appropriate recovery proceeding against defalter for claiming due amount. Relevant judgment is Versova Gardens CHS Ltd. V/s. Divisional Jt. Reg. (C.S) passed by bombay HC on 7 Oct 2003.
