Shopkeeper lost Specks in may and didn't gave till now
15-Feb-2024 (In Consumer Court Law)

In may 2023 I gave my specks to a shopkeeper to replace it's temples and when my father
asked him to give frame he said it's not fixed, it will take time and now its feb 2024 he is saying he don't know about that frame. I think he lost
my specks which was so special for me and lucky. Please help me
