Served dasti without copy of complaint is valid

I have served dasti without complaint copy but party does not appear in court even after 2 hearing and court order exparte after then only party appear in court for setting aside exparte. What are chance of setting exparte order aside cause of not supply of complaint copy?
Well, what are the chances of setting aside of Expartee Order depends upon the evidence which is submitted to justify, that, why the party which wants to set aside passing of Ex Partee Order against him or her was not appearing continuosly in the proceeding.
