Seeking Legal Advice on nonpayment of MaintenanceDues as per agreement

08-Jan-2024 (In Consumer Court Law)
I am writing to seek legal advice regarding an issue of nonpayment of Maintenance Dues as per agreement. a. The sale agreement executed on 02/09/2023, between myself and the seller stated that the seller would pay all maintenance dues worth Rs. 98,635/- to the society. b. However, post-sale, the seller refuses to honor this commitment. I seek your legal opinion on whether I can approach the consumer court against the seller for non-payment of maintenance dues as per the sale agreement. I possess all the necessary documents and can provide further details if needed. I eagerly await your guidance on the course of action. Thank you for your time and consideration.
