Second Hand Car Dealer cheated me by selling Accidental Car

I purchased a second hand car on 4th Oct 2023 through a friend who is a second hand car agent. he told me that car is in mumbai with a big second hand car dealer. i paid my friend the token amount and got it from mumbai, 1 November i found that car is been in an accident and both aprons are replaced and chasis damaged too. now my friend is ingoring me. dealer is not helping as well. i told him to take the car and refund but no one is helping me. i was cheated and sold accidental car high price
Well, you can lodge a Criminal Complaint against your friend under Sec 420 of the IPC and get it converted into a FIR under the concerned provisions of the IPC, 1860 for committing offence of cheating with you by not refunding your hard earned money despite committing cheating with you to sell a second hand car involved in an accident by not disclosing the true fact.
