School charging extra when quitting

Hi, Our daughter joined the school in November 2019 in Pune, that time they checked our financial conditions and offered maximum discount of 40% from next academic year onwards if we join immediately. That way we joined even though it was very costly (tution fee 3.2 lac, after discount 1.92 lac annually). For first academic year we got no discount as it was in between the year but we paid on prorata basis. Now as still it was looking very costly to us we thought of changing the school, but now they are saying if you leave in between then you will have no discount and will have to pay the due equal to the discount. My concern is they did not tell us about that and now they are telling when we are quitting (now will have to pay around 43k additional to school). My question is : are they correct? or I can take any legal action also? Regards, Vishal
