Samsung's flagship's performance worse than a budget phone

17-Apr-2026 (In Consumer Court Law)
Samsung's 25 Ultra underperforms a budget phone for several years now (across multiple models). To be specific and technical, the ping latency is higher causing a lag in gaming, the issue appears to be with their wireless NIC, where their power management is not giving enough power to it to perform normally. I wonder whether there is any scope for filing a case. I mean when we buy a flagship, we expect normal behavior in the basics.

A consumer complaint may be maintainable under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 if you can show that the device suffers from a recurring performance defect affecting ordinary expected usage despite being marketed as a flagship product. Mere dissatisfaction is not enough; you should preserve evidence such as purchase invoice, repeated service records, benchmark comparisons, software logs, screenshots of latency issues, and written communication with Samsung support. First issue a formal legal notice to the manufacturer seeking repair, replacement, or refund. If the defect persists and the company fails to resolve it, a complaint can be filed for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice before the District Consumer Commission claiming refund, replacement, compensation, and litigation costs. Technical expert evidence will strengthen the case.

if there is really a defective in the accessories, you can file the case in the consumer... physical damage should not be happened as per the terms and conditions ... while approaching to the consumer court you must have a proper proof
