Can same products be labelled at different costs at the same shop ?
Yes it can be .. but they must not be of same batch. I mean they cannot be manufactured in a single lot i.e. the expiry date and manufactured date must be different. The company must be giving discount in one batch and may not be giving so in another. Company reserve such kind of policy. Maximum retail price should be same for a state for that particular product. Merchant cannot overcharge. If it happens then you should file complaint in consumer forum.
