Remedy to get back hostel fees & caution deposit as vacating hostel

Actually I paid my this year's hostel fee back 15 days but now I don't wish to continue in this hostel and therefore wish to vacate. Will I get back my hostel rent and caution money

In general You may ask for the refund of the money paid in advance and caution if you don't want to continue. But subject to the terms and conditions if any admitted by you ( signed by you ) . You may apply to the concerned CDRF and seek remedy. Before the you may sent a regd. letter demanding the money back.

Legally u have a right for reimbursement of ur rent and caution money because you didn't avail the service they offered.They have to pay after deducting the inconvenience charges.you have to move the local consumer forum for it.
