Remedy as school not issuing TC & mark sheet & demanding money

the private school is not giving tc and mark sheet they are demanding more amount of money what can we do ...and if we want to complaint by online what is process
Hello Sir/Madam,
There are many ways with which you can seek remedy. You can file a complaint with the district educational officer under whose control the School falls. You can even send the complaint copy to State's Chief Ministers grievance cell. Sometimes it works. Further, a student is a consumer under Law and you can seek remedy in consumer court. Before plunging into any of the above proceedings, you can send a Legal Notice through an Advocate, which resolves the issue in most cases.
