Regarding the non refund of the fee by a coaching institute

How can i get refund of the fees paid to a coaching institute for civil services preparation for the year 2015-16 . which i did not join .
Fisrt of all required to your which was given by institute at the time of admission. What was the condition. Like if you not join what would be result but if coaching will unable to arrange the proper classes what would be result.
