Regarding selling petrol diesel in grocery store

In our locality all the grocery stores has selling petrol diesel openly. so, i want to know that is it illegal ? if yes, then what should be action taken against them to stop this.
it is illegal to sell petrol without a valid license. it should immediately be alerted to the police. though local police take bribe from these shops. alert the higher authorities. for further discussion get in touch with S S LAW OFFICES by searching Google
