REG. Builder Buyer Agreement should be signed even if biased

A lot of legal advice is there to examine the BBA carefully before signing but do not explain how to? the clauses reg terms and conditions are fixed by the Builders in the print Booklet, How to force them to change the clauses making it equitable for Buyer also.if the Builder do not agree to change the clauses. Even for the first buyer/allottee it is almost immpossible to negotiate the clauses in BBA because the earnest money paid. For subsequent buyer it is rather immpossible to get changed the clauses in BBA. Thus shouldn't it is better not tosign BBA. Any court judgement passed so far?
no one can force you to sign BBA agreement with builder if there is any condition which is unacceptable to you then you can skip or choose not to sign the document. once you sign the document it amount to accept the terms and condition of the agreement. secondly whether the conditions are legally valid or not it is only court to decide you can not force the builder to change any condition in the agreement.
