Q: Can a mother use child's FD money and invest it somewhere else.
As a divorce settlement, father wants to set aside money for his daughter in the form of F.D, while mother has the custody of the child. But, the mother fears that FD rates may come down in future and if she wants to liquidate FD in future and invest that money somewhere else where returns are high, can she use the child's money?

Q: Current company blackmailing for the fake marksheets submitted
Hi, I was working with a startup before my current employment. There, I had submitted photocopies of tampered marksheets of my graduation. After working there for some months, I decided to start fresh and got a job with another startup. Here, I had submitted all original photocopies realizing that mistake I had made. During background check, the current employers found out that i had submitted false photocopies but didn't do anything about it. Now, after working here for some years, I have put my resignation in order to pursue better opportunity. Now, they have started dropping hints that they know about the mistake I have made. I am not certain as to what to do as I don't want my professional career to end and don't want to bring shame to my family. What legal options do I have?
Advocate Yogesh Kumar Vidyakar answered

Q: Builder has not started construction how can I recover my money
Hi I have booked a flat in August 2013. and At August 2014, I got the Builder Buyer Agreement with 36 month of Procession Date. Construction is not started till date. I asked to builder to cancel my Flat. First Builder refused to cancel the flat but after argument Builder agree but after 20% deduction of my payment. In Builder Buyer Agreement This clause is mentioned If customer cancel flat then 20% will be deducted of payment made by Customer. Can I ask builder to refund 100% money because it's builder fault that He is delaying construction? What should be the right approach to get money?
Advocate Yogesh Kumar Vidyakar answered
yes you can if there is specifically mentioned in building buyer agreement the date of completion of the building/flat. you should sent a legal notice to the builder for refunding the amount. if he deny to refund the amount then advise you to file case against the builder for recovery.
