Refund of amount from the builder for the property in prelaunch stagel

It was in August 2019 during the pre launch of World Street Mall in Greater Noida. I interacted with the sales person from your agent where he promised to give me a good unit in food court, later he told me all central units are blocked and I need to pay extra amount for getting space in the central area, due to which I was not interested in continuing. I had paid Rs.50000/- due to his commitment, later he denied the pricing and unit. I had furnished all the documents for refund in October last year. Request to refund my amount. My mails and documents are with customer care who do not brother to respond.
You need to issue legal notice.

Send a legal notice seeking refund. If the legal notice fails to help, approach the RERA/consumer court with a compliant. You need to send your legal notice seeking refund through a lawyer. Since here it appears that they had intention cheat you from the very beginning, you may also lodge a FIR.
