Refund is pending in respect of membership cancellation

I purchased membership from country vacations and paid ₹ 75000 , i cancel membership agreement within period as per terms and conditions. As per terms and conditions they must refund my amount within 120 days .now 180 days completed but they just give fake promises from last two months. What should i do ..Which is cost of sending legal notic...
you need to check the refund policy of the membership agreement if the company is not complying to the terms and conditions you can move to the consumer court for refund as well and mental and physical agony
