Refund from Educational Institute

19-Mar-2024 (In Consumer Court Law)
I invested INR 20,000 in an online course offered by an educational institute located in Bangalore. Unfortunately, the service provided falls significantly short of expectations, marked by delayed classes, inadequate trainers, and poor management. Despite repeated attempts to seek resolution, including emails requesting a refund, as well as messages and calls, all forms of communication have been ignored by the institute. Is there any recourse available to address this matter?

yes, you can send a legal notice to the concern coaching institute which may followed by a consumer case if in case they failed to comply with the requirements of the legal notice.
