Refund For Faulty Scooter And Compensation For Deficient Services

Hi , I want to issue a legal notice to Ola Electric and file a complaint in consumer forum against them for complete refund of the scooter and additional compensation for points as follows: 1. Putting my life in danger by proving a faulty scooter 2. Violating customer rights by: A. Providing faulty scooter B. Customer discrimination C. Deficient services D. Wilful closure of complaints incorrectly E. Mishandling the scooter F. Refusing to give official written response to the complaints 3. Trying to Cheat the customer (me) by asking to pay for replacement of faulty battery 4. Mental harrasment

Well, you can file a Case before the concerned Consumer Forum on all above mentioned grounds. However, by just mentioning the facts you won't win the case, you need to prove your Statement of Facts by Evidences

You can file a complaint with DCDRF initially serving an information via notice to the service provider, which in this case is Ola Electric, followed by a formal complaint under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
