I ordered Purple Haze Georgette Angarkha Kurta with Pant ₹1299.0 COD but I received the wrong item and I want to return it. It did not come with a dress and came with 2 sarees.
Their contact number also turned out to be invalid. I want to complain.
You have find out that online app first, and need to check their return policy as well, it that online platform is available for exchange you raise your complaint ticket, and can proceed with the same if they denied to do so that can take a legal action against them

Well, you try to reach out to their Customer Care Number first, if things gets resolved from Customer Care's end, you can then send a Legal Notice to Company, if things don't get sorted from delivering Legal Notice, then, you can file a Suit in Court
