Received faulty product but comapny no refund

I have received a product from iCrize pvt ltd online but the product is faulty and the company is not refunding money , they are refusing to refund asking me to go to service Centre . i have sent many mail but not responding

First of all rather than going legally you should serve him/her a legal notice and in that notice you can write that either pay my money or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if he/she fails to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime file a recovery suit in the court to claim your money back along with compensations.

The proper remedy lies in filing a consumer complaint against them and seek either the replacement of the faulty goods or your money alongwith the compensation. it is advisable to send the legal notice at first to give the opposite party chance to redress the issue without the courts involvement.

First and foremost we can serve the company with a legal notice by duly explaining the anomalies occurred in the product and if they fail to redress your grievances then we can approach the consumer court for recovery of your money
