The education institution does not fulfilled it promised of quality education (mostly online that also not proper) and job. Since it's a service matter can I prove it in the consumer court.
hi first need to see whether thr educational institute had offered a job as per the terms and conditions of the agreement then you could file consumer case in consumer forum seeking refund of amount and compensation
