Though promised by the call centre no action. It is already one month past since I complained. Can I send legal notice without the help of a lawyer. Please suggest. Thanks.
send a notice alleging to them to repair the product or else say that i would be constrained to take legal action against you for deficiency of service under Consumer Protection Act and for not responding to your calls

You can send details of product which you bought with deficiency of product or service and problems you faced therewith to the Company's Customer Care. pls wait for reply from them whether positive or negative. If you get negative reply, you may file complaint through e-filing through edakil without the help of lawyer.
