My order is rakhi from amazon.in of price 188+188 INR as it was rakhi and it not reached on time I am really upset I want to take legal action against amazon.in tell how much can I ask for compensation?
Amazon and other e-commerce generally provides estimated delivery time with the condition that the product can be delayed and in that case they will not be responsible.
However , if you still wants to try your legal option then send them a mail or legal notice and wait for their reply to decide your further line of action.

Going by the facts provided by you. Firstly we jave to send them a legal notice communicating grievances, if they agreed to the terms set by us. Then there is no requirement of a consumer case, otherwise we have to file a consumer in District Consumer Forum.
