Private bus was late and bus was described as volvo

I booked a private bus - Annai travels from Bangalore to Karaikudi. The bus was 2 hours late. They charged me 2586 RS. The bus was described as volvo but it wasn't. The bus was unclean as well
You may file a complaint against Annai Travels for misrepresentation and deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Since the bus was not a Volvo as advertised, was unclean, and was delayed by two hours, you may first demand a partial refund by directly contacting the travel agency. If they fail to respond, you may escalate the matter by lodging a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline or approaching the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission for appropriate relief.
