Poor Water Supply in new flat.Poor Water Supply

08-Aug-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I brought a new flat in Kolkata. I'm facing water issues like lots of iron in water and bad smell from water, I have fought with the builder but they said that due to the new submersible pump it's happening. But it is almost 1 year still I'm facing the same issue, and the builder is not listing. So can I complain against the builder? If yes, what is the procedure and where do I have to file a complaint?

you can file a complaint in the consumer forum at kolkata. issue a letter by asking them to resolve the problem within a few days, therafter file the case and mention about the letter in your complaint petition by stating that after having ample opportunity they did not resolved the problem.
