Phone insurance company not paying back the claim what to do?

2 and half months ago my phone is snatched by 2 bikers and my phone is covered under syskagedgetsecure insurance I submitted all the documents and accessories they required my claim is approved after 4 days of registering the complain . but no is 2 and half they not given my payment whenever I called they tell my your claim is in process u get your payment very soon .
In your case consumer complaint is to be filed against insurancw company for non processing of your claim. you will also get damages for delay and legal fees in award of forum.
