payment blocked by e portal. How to proceed on it ?

our payment has been blocked by e portal for violation of bookings and all bookings are orignal now what we have to do for recover payment our hotel is in udaipur?
Please correct me if I am wrong in understanding the question/facts. You are a hotel owner and the e-portal such as CCAvenue, Citrus Pay, Paybiz have blocked your account for some violation. The bookings have been made and you have to recover the payment from them.
Usually such platforms have an agreement with the company which governs the terms and conditions of the usage, which will also include the violations of booking. There would be an clause in the agreement relating to dispute resolution. Please see that courts of which city will have jurisdiction in case of any dispute. It may also provide for an Arbitration in case of any dispute. The course of action is filing a civil suit for recovery of money or consumer dispute. The relevant court and city will depend upon the agreement and the value of the suit, which will depend on the amount of payment along with interest that they are claiming.

Send them Legal.Notice and demand for payments.
If payments are not made then you will have to file a recovery suit against the eportal company.....

You have not mentioned what sorts of violation cited by e-portal and payment blocked. You may recover your amount using consumer laws. First, you need to send a legal demand notice for returning your amount and if the same is not returned within specific time, you may file cases in appropriate forum.
