Order kodak tv from flipkart but got faulty screen

I have ordered Kodak TV from Flipkart and it got delivered on 12th of December and the installation of the TV happen at the same day but the demo was not given to me because there was no electricity in my house at the time of demo so the installation boy said he will come at 7 p.m. for the demo but he did not give and the timer is still pending and when the electricity came I turn on the my TV and I found that white borders are appearing on the centre of the TV and I raised my issue to the Flipkart and they have taken as a replacement request but they rejected my request and blocked my account and now they are saying kindly with 21 December. I don't know what to do please help me

You can file a complaint in consumer court wherein you have to mention all the details of the transaction. For more information your may contact us.

Hello as per your query I would suggest you to send a legal notice to the concerned ecommerce as well as the the manufacturer company for the default.
