Online course purchased but all claims are false

I purchased a course online. The company promised that this course will give job to people from non-IT field in IT field. The duration of the course was said to be 9 months and the company promised that they will give an internship at the end of the 8th month. They also claimed that they have a 90% job placement rate and have official hiring partners. All the claims they made are false and I want a refund.
Hi. You can file a complaint in consumer court for the refund of fees along with compensation. Before that your contract needs to be inspected to understand the terms and condition specified. Will have to check the clauses which bind them for fulfillment of terms .
