Not returning myboriginal documents

Actually I was working with a institute but after joining she told me to bring my original documents ...she said it's just for the verification I will return you this after the verification then after 3 months I ask her for my certificate but she said I took it for the security purpose. ....then after 4 months I resigned and ask her to clear my documents. ...but she is not responding. She is not even giving my salary n documents as well ...
Plz help ....
you can send them legal notice for your salary and can file police complaint for documents as well after that according to there response you can take legal action against them. And if you are having oppointment letter with you,you can go labour Court thank you.

Hi kindly find a senior in your company and give in a writing complaint or else you can make a police report and call them in police station and after that police may call for the original documents and return you back
