I purchased a Washing Machine (Semi Automatic) through flipkart. I discovered severe water leakage during operation. This issue was immediately reported service team however flipkart is not ready to replace this faulty machine.
send a legal notice to flip kart and the washing machine company
file a consumer complaint along with the invoice/ screenshot, other communications

This is third party liability along with manufacturer, you can send them first legal notice to replace the product, if they refuse or don’t respond then you have to file consumer case against them for damages and unfair trade practices
