Q: Sale of Property,whether NoC is requried for each legal heir

Want to sell a flat, it belongs to my father, not sure mother is the sole nominee or not. He is no more with us and my sister lives abroad. Do we need any approval and signature from sister for selling the property. If yes, what documentation we should get signed from her so that we can proceed with the sale without her presence too.

you will have to get a succession deed done, mentioning the legal heirs all legal heirs need to sign the sale deed or give an NOC for the sale deed. Q: Deficency in service of Digital TV Service

I have subscription of Digital TV service. There is frequent diconnection of TV. The company WIFi technician confirmed the problem was with the set top box. I have called up customer care of the service provider for 6 days. Each day they assured me that technician will visit next day and change the set top box. Till date nothing has been done. What legal action can I take? Can I take them to consumer court or atleast serve a legal notice to them?

hello,always a better option to send a legal notice before going to the court. it will inform the other party of your grievance/ issue, your demands, and he time within which they have to respond. most of the times, the other side prefers to settle the matter.do feel free to call/ contact for further discussion

My father signed a Relinquishment Deed for the property. However, it appears to be a fraud committed by my father's brother's sons. They misled him by telling him that the document was only a partition paper and that the property would still remain in his name we gone in court but lawyer is not that great
