Q: About car accident which was settled and now they demand more money
My car hit another car which was parked with no one in it. We compromise n paid money that was demanded but now that party has complain at police station and asking for more money after 4 months. What do I do? What will be the action taken by police.

dont lose your petions, let them file case against you. let the court decide, you can prove in the court that without your any fault you paid the handsome compansation to the opposite party, now with the greed they planed with police station and demanding more money. Q: Query on prr requisite fulfilment
I have a mutual consent divorce filed in Bangalore and is at its final stages i.e. mediation There was a loan which I had taken from my wife's dad approx 13 lacs , 8 lacs is paid, We had agreed in divorce agreement that rest of the amount to be paid via monthly cheques ,and if I give the PDCs it wud be acceptable. During mediation I was told court does not accept post dates cheques Is this true?if this is true how can this payment be settled in monthly installments legally pl suggest

either you can settled the loan out of court. or Can Pay the outstanding loan amount by Wire transfer, RTGS etc.. or if you dont like to use these alternate options then just give them a promisorry note, mentition that how you will repay the loan amount, it shall be time bound, you can not write uncertain terms in the case of promisory note. hope it will be helpful to you.

Some times it takes more time to reflect in ecourts , by simple and easy way you can also try to find case against you searching by name also , select appropriate court. if you are complainent it is hard to find by your name, but you can find by the accused names in that particular court listing.
Q: Don't know exactly they are filled FIR or not
Around 4–5 years ago, some customers of my digital marketing agency threatened to file an FIR/police complaint against me because I could not provide the services. Since then, I have not received any police call, notice, summons, or court communication. They did not have my address, but they had my WhatsApp/mobile number. Is it possible that an FIR was already registered against me 4–5 years ago and I still have not been informed about it?

beliving on version of your say, its quite impossible to lodge FIR against you, unable to provide services to your client due to some tehnical limitations or some other reason does not fall under cope of criminal offence so no any police authority can register FIR against you for the Services, But if you had cheated, or commited any fraud against any of your customer or client then definately it will amount to offence, I will suggest you to try to find online FIR on your states Police department website, it is easy way to get details of any registered FIR Against any person.
