you have plenty of legal options against mental, physical, economical harrasment caused by your in-laws and husband, you can file domestic violence case against them, I suggest you please file primary complaint against in-laws for causing you cruelty.take a received copy of the same, you may file same copy alongwith domestic violence ccomplaint to strengthen itself.

Hello,To request court mediation in divorce cases i, are both parties required to sign the request document or can only one side submit it? My existing lawyer mentioned that both parties will need to sign the document requesting mediation before submitting it. if your case is at primary stage then, court will initiate mandatory procedure for mediation. if that already opted and not settle, then you can also file formal application with request for mediation. court generally allow it with the willingness of other party also. if both parties agrees, then by filling mediation form, opportunity will be given to both parties
