not getting full & final amount after resignation how to proceed

i want to get the detail for what steps should be taken if any company is not paying your salary after five months of resignation?
Your Company is liable to pay your due salary. Company cannot deny to pay your salary. You may send a legal notice to company and demand your due salary. if company refuse to pay the entire amount you may go into the shelter of labour court against your company. It is not jurisdiction of consumer court.
