i did not get a speed post item where no attempt was taken to deliver by the dept of post and it was returned undelivered

problem has not been explained in details though I can say that if you have got speed number and through tracking online you cannot find the details then you can write to the post office to know details.
and if you are not able to track through the number as issued by the office then you must inquired in the office first then write RTI.
