Nobroker.com was cheated me for there service

I engaged with NoBroker for their "Relax Plan" to assist in my house search, which included the appointment of a relationship manager to facilitate the search for 50 rental properties. Despite fulfilling the terms and making the required payment of Rs. 3500, my plan expired without the company presenting any viable housing options. Upon requesting a refund, I was denied. Consequently, I am compelled to explore legal recourse to address this matter.
