No response of refund/return of led bulb under warranty
24-Jul-2024 (In Consumer Court Law)
Bought bulb of eveready company from amazon which comes under 1 year warranty. It was pack of 6 bulbs out of which 1 bulb fused after 3 months. I emailed and called company and raised a complaint. Everytime i called them they say it will take time even after 1 year they are saying same. I raised complaint in national consumer helpline but they haven't resaponded to them also. so i want to file a case against company

you can directly move to the consumer court at Amritsar or wherever you are living .....though you dont need an advocate there but to efficiently fight a case you will need an advocate. please also make sure you have the original bills and warranty card before proceeding
